Busy.
Busy.
Busy.
The good news: I’m feeling good, even with my bruises/boo boos!
Yesterday when I got my act together I had a productive day running errands, running bootcamp, and I even made it to swim last night. I took it really easy and realized that I was sore-er than I thought! Perhaps the endorphins in bootcamp were a bit misleading and I should have held back more…

a new suitcase, some reading material and entertainment for the road, some food for my bag, and some canadian food for our friends who miss hickory sticks and smarties with a passion
Like I said I started my packing. Obvs food was easy to buy and pack up.
I also got some fun stuff – a magazine, some threading to make bracelets, etc. Today I picked up “The Vegetarian Myth” to add to my reading list. Books are heavy and I’m bringing lots. Free weight training!
Last night’s bootcamp workout was “crazy 8s”.
Warmup
Workout
8 reps each of
1. jumping jacks
2. squats
3. plank walkouts
4. pushups
5. mountain climbers (1 rep is 3 — one knee outside elbow, to shoulder, and across to opposite shoulder)
6. burpees
7. supermans
8. situps
Repeat 8x, preferably somewhere sunshiny and gorgeous and with company.
Like I said, I went to swim after the bootcamp (and a snack that I ate too fast to photograph–my apple/alfalfa/almond butter mix). I mostly went so we could go for froyo after, but I can honestly say the froyo was NOT my idea (for once) and coffee would have fit the bill. ’twas about the quality time and I’m froyo-d out. Could be a good thing since I don’t know the area where I’m headed and a full fledged addiction would be hard to handle on the road.
Speaking of the road, I gotta pack. I’m not usually THIS unmotivated, but I do not want to stuff all my crap into a bag right now. I blame it on being pretty freaking happy where I am!
I promise to update shortly on today’s bootcamp and how I spent my morning–cuz it was filled with big ideas and starting points that I’m obviously eager to share. I’ll think of it as a reward at the end of the packing/driving home tunnel.
Have a great afternoon!

i need froyo NOW. Every time you post a picture, I’m like “OMG FROYO” and I’ve held myself back but I think this picture is the last straw and I’ll have to just go to Kiwi this afternoon. My wallet hates you.
lol jk, glad you’re feeling better after the fall! And Smarties….are you talking about the chocolate smarties?? They exist in Canada?!?! I thought they were only in europe! OMG. omg.
Hahah! Yes they are here. I don’t like them because I was raised on m and ms!! When I visit I’ll bring you a box and we can put them on froyo. Or you can. Like I said, m and ms for me!
Your fro yo always looks so good! Which reminds me, I haven’t had some in like a week. Oh boy. That’s gotta change.

Haha I hear you on the fro yo addiction! Yesterday I was in Toronto and I was dying to find Menchies (I hear they have awesome fro yo!) but I couldn’t find one, so I had to settle for Yogen Fruz. It was delicious, but I missed having toppings!
