Relatively Wordless Recap

Even though I absolutely love words, I also absolutely have to finish packing in time to play tennis and go swimming. Okay, “have to” is loose, but “wanna” sounded whiney…

Anyways, here’s what I’ve been up to in photos!

Best americano I’ve had in a while — and perfect accompaniment to shopping for trip necessities!

Bubbbbbbbble wrap. Can you tell I’m happy? (it’s for bike packing, not JUST popping for fun!)

ohhhh trail mix for the trip, how lovely you are!

Somehow managed to put it in this vintage bike box–and when I say managed I mean Angela hooked me up. And I know I’m going to have to unpack and then repack it tomorrow at 6am when I fly out, but I’ll deal with that…then!

My bike website order came, at last!

My very own stick! …get your mind out of the gutter!

Look what else I got. I think this makes me a bit more legit!

My thank you to Ange for helping me out!

Cooked em cuz they need to be eaten…tonight?

Okay, I had more than this handful, but a girl needs chocolate!

good morning!

The interesting part of packing — food! I will NOT go hungry.

Polished off the pork!

Whooh. Now for the last packing I have to do — a few more random things, my carry on, and all that good stuff! :) Then, like I said, it’s time for some tennis/swimming to knock myself out so I sleep early and well. My flight’s at 7 which means I’ll be up at approximately 4am…whooh!

This time tomorrow I’ll be in Banff — whooh! Stay tuned for posts and pictures though–you know me!

Do you like packing?
Have you ever used the stick?
Do you like travelling?

  1. aaaaaah a pink kit!!! THE BEST!!! that is SO legit, and super sassy and cute to boot. Love it. THE STICK! It’s my best friend, seriously. When I announced I was transferring, my xc/track team bought it for me as a going away gift, my calves wouldn’t be without it! Love all the eats too – especially the roasted veggies, zomg. BTW how does the hammer gel compare to Clif/Gu? Still in search of a quick midride fuel that doesn’t require me to chew lolz

  2. Mmm I love that big jar of dried fruit! Dried fruit is seriously like candy to me. :D

Have a safe flight! I can’t wait to hear from you in your next post. PS. If you go into a restaurant in Banff called Timbers, say hi to a waitress named Sydney for me haha.
