Soooo since I’m currently playing the waiting game at the baggage claim in Calgary (eek!) all the awesome I’ve been reading this week will just have to wait.
The flight went smoothly today, even though I’m working on 3 hours of sleep. I guess somebody was excited!
Or sugar high cuz Andrew and I went for froyo last night after the tennis and swimming adventures. Dinner yesterday wasn’t just froyo–don’t worry! There was hot fudge too…
Jk. I had breakfast for dinner before we played tennis.
I also had some chocolate covered almonds last night. Emotional eating…recognized. Aware was is the key to action, right?
Ya know what else I realized? If you’ll eat it at night you should do it in the morning (theoretically). Vice versa too. So bring on the salmon breakie.
The airport was easy today but get made me unpack my bike. Oh well. I’m way too excited to be bothered!
I’ve been snacking like a champ this morning and FYI I love plane rides. I read some of my crossfit manual, some of one of the self help books I packed, and like half of another training book that is just amazing so far! Deets to come!
Andddd I journalled my butt off! something about being above the clouds takes my thinking and inspiration to a whole new level! So I’ll make sure to share!
Anyways it’s time for me to wrangle y bag and then try to snag a van cab big enough to fit the bike box…assuming I can figure out where and how to pick it up and manage all my junk to get to the cab spot…
